Benchmark utilizes cutting edge technology to manage client heating and air conditioning facilities to produce energy consumption savings of 20% to 30% per year. Internet communication maintenance enables monitoring of facility performance 24/7/365. Benchmark has contracted and assisted properties in oil to gas conversion to reduce yearly energy costs.
