Financial Management

Benchmark performs maintenance of all client receivable accounts and vendor accounts while maintaining all property insurance requirements.
Our in-house Accountant performs all federal, state, and local tax relationships, develops budgets, maintains payroll and specializes in assisting client attorneys with real property tax certiorari relief.
We also handle the majority of closings, transfers, sublets and other non-sales transactions for our properties. Providing this service streamlines the process for both applicants and board members alike.

Heat Savings/Conversion

Benchmark utilizes cutting edge technology to manage client heating and air conditioning facilities to produce energy consumption savings of 20% to 30% per year. Internet communication maintenance enables monitoring of facility performance 24/7/365. Benchmark has contracted and assisted properties in oil to gas conversion to reduce yearly energy costs.


The Benchmark team is committed to making the transition between management companies a seamless process. We will focus on the most pressing issues at hand working together with the Board to reach each buildings goals. We will work with prior management to ensure all data is transferred correctly while notifying all vendors, staff, and professionals associated with your community.

Transition Checklist


At Benchmark, our staff of licensed R.E. Sales Agents assist with any rental or sale transaction. Our professionals work directly for you and in many cases, in conjunction with other Real Estate agencies to provide a smooth sale from start to finish.
